Parson Place values your patronage and will safeguard
with the utmost care all personal information you provide here. Only the Parson Place web site owner/webmaster will have access to your information. Parson Place will not share your information with any third parties, except to comply with applicable laws for assisting with criminal investigations, and then only after a legal warrant has been served. The term third parties refers to anyone outside the Parson Place organization.
Information Collected
Parson Place collects such personal information from its patrons as first name, middle initial, and last name, city, state, and country of residence, and email address. Parson Place does not use cookies for any purpose on any of its web pages. However, some of the vendors with whom Parson Place partners do use cookies in either their ad banners posted on Parson Place or on their web sites linked to by Parson Place. Parson Place cannot be responsible for the privacy policies of any of its partners or any other sites with whom Parson Place has exchanged links, though every effort has been made to partner with companies who value online privacy as much as Parson Place does.
Children’s Use Policy
Children under 13 years old are required to have their parent or guardian or other parentally-approved supervisor present while they browse the Parson Place web site. Furthermore, children under 13 are not permitted to enter any personally identifiable information in any of the web forms provided on the Parson Place download or subscription pages. If you are a parent or guardian who learns your child has violated this rule, please notify the Parson Place webmaster immediately to have this information deleted or changed to reflect your own.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
All changes to this privacy policy will be noted here on this page. Only members of the Parson Place subscription list(s) will receive any notice of changes to this policy, and that notice will be sent by email only. It is your responsibility as a subscriber of the Parson Place subscription list to provide Parson Place with updates to your personal information when you switch your primary email providers, change residences, etc. Parson Place is not responsible for erroneous subscriber contact information due to subscriber's failure to update. If you fail to update your email address, your entire personal information will be deleted and removed from the Parson Place subscription list to which it was subscribed upon receipt of a delivery failure notice from the former email provider. Whether or not you are a member of any Parson Place subscription list, it is your responsibility to check this page for periodic updates to this policy.
Applicability of This Policy
If you are a current Parson Place subscription list subscriber, you must opt-out (request to be unsubscribed) from the Parson Place subscription list or the Parson Place Software Updates subscription list in order to be exempt from this policy. You may do this by going to the Parson Place Email List unsubscribe page, or by sending an email request to info@parsonplace.com with Unsubscribe in the Subject and Body, or by replying to the email notice you receive from Parson Place about the latest update by typing Unsubscribe in the Body of the reply message. You have a period of 30 days after the date of the latest update (see below) to opt-out. If you do not opt-out by that time, your tacit consent will be assumed.
If you are not a subscriber to the Parson Place subscription list, you are covered by this policy immediately upon your subscription to the list or upon download of any Parson Place Software, whether or not you subscribe to the Parson Place Software Updates subscription list. The Parson Place Software Updates subscription list is covered by this same policy.
If you do not wish to be subject to this policy, you are enjoined not to submit any of your personal information in any of the web forms for software downloads or subscription list requests found on the Parson Place web site. If you have already submitted personal information with your subscription request to the Parson Place Email List or Parson Place Software Updates List, and you do not wish to be subject to this policy, you must notify the webmaster of Parson Place with your request to be unsubscribed. Your personal information will be deleted and removed from the Parson Place system immediately thereafter.
